Q: Are you the manufacturer?
A: Yes we are a professional manufacturer, we have a showroom and workshop in our company. Welcome to visit us.
Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge?
A: Yes, we do sample orders, sample fees are needed, but we will treat the sample fees as a deposit, or refund it to you when you place a bulk order.
Q: How about the quality warranty?
A: We have strict control of quality from material to shipment, if you find our products damaged in the container, free ones will be offered within the next order.
Q: What payment terms do you usually do?
A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy by T/T. L/C is acceptable as well.
Q: What’s the MOQ and delivery time?
A: The MAQ of our products is 100 pcs/color/model, and the delivery time is 35-45 days after deposit. We have no stock, all products will be produced after placing orders with clients.
